Cut my teeth across manufacturing, telecom, construction, and NGO audits spanning Pakistan and Afghanistan — where discipline in the numbers first became second nature.

2008 – 2015

Internal Auditor → Manager, Shaigan Pharmaceuticals

Built an Internal Audit function from the ground up — forensic investigations, ERP implementation, and business process re-engineering across a 7-year run.

2015 – 2022

Group CFO & Senior GM Internal Audit, SPARS Group

Established the first-ever budget and segment reporting mechanism in the Group's 25-year history, across telecom, real estate, and aviation with 4,000+ personnel. Concurrently served as CFO, Prime Health Pvt Ltd.

2018 – Present

Founder, NASCON Global Ltd (UK)

Built an advisory practice for construction, e-commerce, and import/export businesses across the GCC, UK, and Europe — UAE Corporate Tax, transfer pricing, FP&A, and agentic AI systems.

2022 – Present

Group Head of Finance & Visiting Faculty, SZABIST
